That was some interview and what a great report!  We (myself, our client and his attorneys) are quite impressed.  The client has given authority to attempt to take the statement of the CEO of  “           Company“  Please proceed, and keep in mind that we have a trial date of June 4. 

Further, any hard evidence you can obtain to support the statements of Mr. Kaner and/or the CEO would be most helpful.  We could possibly introduce them as evidence at trial.
