I have some good news!  The District Attorney's Office has dismissed the charges against our client, Mr.x,         Therefore, you do NOT need to meet with Mr. Braverman and have him answer the questions we previously submitted. 

Our file is being closed and you are free to do the same.  if there is an additional billing, please forward it.
